I have worked a total of 8 days. Im older compared to most of my coworkers, I turn 33 tomorrow. Not a bunch of experience in fast food but the last two mornings it's me and manager and lunch time hits for us at 11 and goes until 2 pretty consistently. So we get a line of people and yes I'm working at much slower pace because I'm trying to put accuracy 1st then I'll worry about speed. But she keeps saying to me you gotta go faster and just getting generally annoyed because I'm moving people at the speed she is and she keeps telling me I have two hours to get all of the morning prep done (9-11). Which today I got done with prep at 230 primarily because of how busy it gets. My question is how long did it take you all to get at a pace where you can get your morning prep done in 2 hours and can move people out the door fairly efficiently?
