Hi /r/Subway. I like Subway. It's fast, not too expensive, and delicious. Anyway, I've got a question I was hoping you guys could help me with.
Ever since about six or seven years ago, I've been getting the Meatball Marinara sub with spinach, black olives, banana peppers (if I feel up to it), oregano, and mayonnaise. I just decided to throw a bunch of random stuff on and see what was good. My ex, who works at Subway, says that all except the last sound okay for a MM. I like it, and according to him, others at his store do too.
What I wanted to know is how normal this is. He says that other workers will talk about how gross it is to each other, but it can't be that gross if multiple people in multiple locations have it.
How common is this? Do customers come into your store and order this? Have you yourself tried mayo on an MM sub? If so, what did you think?
Thanks for reading. I'm interested in knowing how widespread this weird mix of sauces is.
