How do you feel about tips?
Post Body

Went to subway the other day. Dude was so lost in his own thoughts. He was the only person there, he made no small talk even after I said hello how are you, he kept getting my stuff wrong even after asking me, I said only mustard on one half, he put it all over, no big deal but as much as I wanted to snap I kept cool and collected. Anyway, he rings me up and the screen asks for tip. I declined that so fast and left. I don’t mind tipping a server at a restaurant but at Subway for someone who didn’t even spark convo and kept screwing up my order…No way. How do you employees feel about being tipped?
