Hey yā€™all, quick question! So I recently did a cold turkey from subs. I was only on them for a little over a month, at initially 8mg, then 4mg, then 2mg shortly, then 4mg again (I unfortunately abuse them, bupe is one of my favorite drugs, sadly) I didnā€™t even dose consistently everyday and I got on them without really having an opiate tolerance at the time (I was only taking Kratom before this, only mild withdrawals from them too). I recently cold turkeyed with the help of clonidine, gabapentin, baclofen, and most importantly, Kratom. It has been nearly painless so far, Iā€™ve been sleeping every single night, although some nights I only clock in 4 hours of sleep, others 6, barely any physical symptoms outside of the occasional hot flashes and mild sweating.

I ran out of Kratom today (I was getting some dropped off in the evening, but I couldnā€™t wait) and I found 2 extras that I had, which tempted me and I fell for it.

My concern is that me dosing 4mg (I also have an 8mg strip, Iā€™m trying my best to just dispose of it, I genuinely donā€™t wanna do it, but it feels so good) and possibly taking my last strip, will reset my withdrawals. As I stated before, this has been a VERY smooth process and Iā€™m assuming that since I wasnā€™t even that sick by day 5 (my sub withdrawals always start in 24 hours btw, I believe Iā€™m one of those people who metabolizes it fast once again, I wasnā€™t really taking it EVERY single day) that I should be good.

What do yā€™all think? Iā€™m honestly disappointed at myself, I could use some encouragement.

Also, I know that kratom can be addictive, but it has personally worked VERY well for me over the last 5 years, as a ā€œmaintenanceā€ drug.
