I started playing this game after watching someone play the Farming update and I love it this game is great. So my first play thru I was scared of everything spent the first 60 in game days in and around the shallows gathering and building and everything was great no problems. But after I went to the Aurora and grab the data from the lab (the one that tells you the data is corrupt) my pda showed the moonpool and work station greyed out event tho I had not scanned any fragments for them. So I decided to see if I could build them and to my surprise I could. My pda still had them greyed out and it would not tell me the materials required but once placed down I can hover the curser over the build and it let's me know what I need to finish it. Because this happened after I updated to the ghost update I figured it was a bug with the update so I started a new save but it has happened again so far on this save I have found some fragments (1 Moonpool, 3 workstation) but the pda still shows the workstation greyed out. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it so it shows properly?

Tldr: Pda shows Moonpool and workstation greyed out and no fragments have been scanned but player is able to build both. Is there a fix for this?
