Are the 2004 STI/WRX tail lights different than the base model 2004 Impreza’s?

I’m looking into buying OEM tail lights on marketplace right now and I keep finding people selling stock tail lights at way different prices just because they come from an STI or WRX, but aren’t they the same thing?
I’m assuming this is just “well they’re wrx/STI tail lights so I expect more money” type deal but I genuinely just don’t know tbh.
