Where to find replacement catalytic converters?

Hey everyone I am wondering if anyone knows where i should look for a replacement cat for my 2009 Impreza? I live in Australia also in case that changes things! I have found some aftermarket ones but they all seem to need cutting and welding?! I just want a full replacement!
