How can you tell if the head gasket's been replaced?
Post Body

I bought my 2003 Legacy L SE sedan used with ~151K miles last year. The timing belt was replaced at ~100K miles per a sticker under the hood, but to the best of my knowledge, the head gasket/serpentine belt/water pump replacement may not have been done yet. Checking Carfax and calling the original dealership gave no information.

Is there any way to tell if the work has been done without taking the car in for extensive service? There hasn't been any trouble since I acquired the vehicle, and I'd like to keep it that way.
