Some news for those of us still waiting...
I requested mine in mid-August, and as of Tuesday it still hadn't arrived. So I call their support number to see what's up. Turns out the plant that makes them had been shut down due to COVID-19, but is now back up and running. My badge is due to ship in about a week.
