Post Body

Currently driving a 07 sequoia with 225k (odometer was rolled back before i bought it). Starting to develop annoying quirks. Looking to get something smaller, better gas mileage, back closer to 100k miles. I'm tall, with a biggish dog and two kids so space is important. 25-32mpg and awd seems great to me.

Test drove a 2017 limited outback today and it was surprisingly nice, fit well in it. good shape from a subaru dealer so it was inspected well. Dealer is highly rated it seems. has every option i want and more. single owner, not a ton of records.

They wont budge on the price at all. $19,750 but only add ons are

Government Fees $441.75 Proc/Doc Fees $85.00 Total Taxes $1.834.74 Total Balance Due $22,111

I've looked in a 500 mile radius and they are pretty much the lowest with similar mileage and trim. i could drive 6hr round trip to save $700 from a non subaru dealer but thats about it. Even private party options seem to be $20k and up
