What is a 2009 forester worth?

I own a 2009 forester and I’m ready to go back to an outback. My forester has 223000 miles on it. I have maintained it but I’m ready to be low to the ground again. Is it even worth selling? The body is great, no codes, no issues except it’s ready to be used as a starter car for a teen or daily driver for someone else. Any help is good help.
