What should America have done after 9/11?
Post Body

The wars in the Middle East are now rightfully derided as unjust and imperialistic. However, they enjoyed vast popular and political support in the early 2000s. In your opinion, what should America have done after the 9/11 attacks?

Comments
  • Audit the SHIT out of the intelligence community. Even in the most charitable least conspiratorial reading of events 9/11 was the result of systemic failure on every level across dozens of organizations
  • Try and negotiate a release of Bin Laden
  • Cut off ties with Saudi Arabia
  • Since in this scenario I'm a Republican use this as a way to run insane levels of psyops by calling upon ruralites to come in and help out in New York in order to improve relations between urban and rural peoples thus letting me grift votes off city people in the long run
