Ok so Lumineon is my favorite fish mon, but it honestly kinda sucks so here's my attempt at making it somewhat viable!

Typing: Water -> Water/Fairy Yeah. I think it should have gained the fairy type in gen 6, and it might give it slight niche over the other million pure water types.

It's current hidden ability is Water Veil, but I would give it either Multiscale or Marvel Scale, considering how a few of it's dex entries talk about it's shiny scales (HG/SS, UM)

So it's stats. Not spectacular. HP: 69 ->100 Atk: 69 Def: 76 -> 90 SpA: 69 -> 80 SpD: 86 -> 90 Spe: 91 -> 86

I didnt think it was worth it to change it's attack stat, but I mostly just dropped it speed and made it a lot bulkier and buffed it's special attack a little; I'm aiming a little for a poor man's Primarina.

New moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Life Dew, Moonlight, Tail Glow (?), Flip Turn

It's dex entries mention how it lures in prey with it's shining light, so that's where the reasoning for Tail Glow is; I don't think the other ones really need an explanation.

I'm terrible at coming up with example sets, so I'm just gonna leave it there. Y'all think this could make it viable? Or at the very least not Untiered?
