Hey everyone, I'm not super experienced with UU, and I was hoping y'all could help me out with some suggestions for this team I put together.
Brobat (Crobat) (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 248 HP / 44 Def / 212 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost
Crobat's my Defogger as well as a generally defensive pokemon that can absorb hits, heal off with Roost, and U-Turn out. BB hits the grass types that threaten Swampert, and he resists the same.
SwamPerd Hapley (Swampert) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Roar
Swampert's my rocker and general defensive 'mon. He can get hazards up, burn physical threats for the rest of the team to deal with easier, or EQ for solid damage. Roar deals with setup mons that are otherwise very annoying.
S01E04 (Beedrill) (M) @ Beedrillite
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

I'm using Mega Bee since I really dig VoltTurn teams. Protect is here obviously to get the Mega off, Jab for STAB, Knock because Knock is broken OP, and U-Turn for secondary STAB and to potentially bring in Puff or Lucario for free.
Blunderdolt (Magneton) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Grass]
Specs Magneton is somewhat of a wallbreaker in addition to being a huge part of the VoltTurn core. Modest Specs hits ridiculously hard, and Hidden Power Grass catches out every Krookodile that tries to switch into an electric move. I could use HP Fire since my team otherwise lacks fire coverage (is that a problem?), but I really enjoy using HP Grass.
Flash Cannon (Lucario) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Close Combat
- Extreme Speed
- Swords Dance
SD Lucario is my Mega Aero check, since MAero with EQ blows through this team without him. I could potentially run Air Balloon over Life Orb for even more safety, though it would mean sacrificing damage. Lucario is my main fast physical damage dealer, and my only source of priority.
Renny is that you (Slurpuff) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Unburden
Happiness: 0
EVs: 28 HP / 252 Atk / 228 Spe

- Play Rough
- Frustration
- Drain Punch
Lastly, Slurpuff is my late game cleaner. A good U-Turn can bring this thing in safely and let it BD and sweep. 228 Speed investment with Unburden hits 520 total speed, getting past Aero, DD'd Feraligatr, and Scarfed base 108s, namely Coballion and Infernape. Play Rough/Frustration/Drain Punch offer the best possible neutral/super effective coverage.
