New abilities for legendaries

Just thinking about some cool abilities to pair with multiple legendary pokemon.

1st Ability: Hitman: This pokemons training as a deadly hitman gives every attack a 30% chance to crit and a 15% flinch the target.

This ability will be paired with a pokemon that can use moves like rock blast, bullet seed, etc… with loaded dice the chances of a crit happening once on 4 hits is 76% and flinching is 48%. The chance of a crit happening once on 5 hit is 83% and flinching is 56%.

I am thinking about lowering the crit % chance however, the 76% and 83% chances of it happening once is on a low damage multi strike move. I am hesistant about lowering the flinch chance as well because serene grace paired with air slash is 60%.

This pokemon will be like a physical attacking flutter mane but with decent bulk and its defensive stats being even out. Its speed and attack stat will be lower than fluttermanes speed and special attack.

2nd Ability: Smoldering Presence: The heat that pokemon gives off causes every pokemon in the battle to be burned (your teammate will be burned as well in doubles). The only fire attacks that are boosted are this pokemons. The boost is 10%. If a fire attack lands while smoldering presence is active, the burns become more severe and the opponent will lose more HP on the next turn. The damage scales like a badly poison pokemon, but in this case the pokemon is badly burned. This pokemon takes 50% less damage from water attacks when the ability is active.

Water, rock, and ground pokemon are not effected. If a water, rock, or ground type lands, all of its affects will disappear for 3 turns even when you swap Gryffinscorch out. The opposing pokemon will still be burned, but the badly burned status is now removed. Smoldering presence will not work in rain. If Smoldering presence is removed in harsh sunlight, it will come back after one turn.

I think the way to counter this ability balances it out.

This pokemon will be a special attacker with the fire equivalent to aqua step. All of the stats except attack will be good (90-100 range) where special attack will be just a a bit higher than the rest of the stats

3rd Ability: kraken shell: All incoming damage is reduced by 20%. When when the pokemon reaches 50 % health or below, its attack, defense, and special defense will increase by 2 stages

Pokemons role: this pokemon will have High HP stat. good attack, def, and Spdef stats Very low speed (trick room mon) and sp. attack.

This pokemons signature move will heal itself based on the damage calculated. It will not have access to moves like slack/recovery etc….

Feel free to tell me how dumb I am and how this belongs on stink post sunday. Im just brain storming some legendaries with new abilities. I personally love the abilities so I rather change the stat distribution first.

Edit: the flinch aspect will be removed from the first ability

The second ability will be changed to a fire type version of toxic chain extra burn damage per turn will still apply

Third ability does not stack with each other. It only stacks with status moves.
