Anybody else feel like they can't fully focus on studying?
Post Body

I swear I sit down to study, and my brain is almost always focused on something else, or I feel tired or groggy or stressed or overwhelmed. It rarely feels like it's the right time to study. How can I remedy that? It feels like anything else is better to do than study.

Comments

i used to feel the same way (self-diagnosed adhd lol) and struggled during the first few years of my undergrad. i started taking vitamin supplements like b12 and omega which helped with my brain fog/memory. exercising daily also helped me focus better and get distracted less
