Is there an online program out there that functions as a way to match up upper division students and lower division students within the same field as mentors and mentees, respectively? Would anyone be interested in such an online program?

I'm just curious as to whether this exists already. If not, what would be the first steps to make this possible? It'd be a really neat project if the demand is high!
