I was checking the price of an event and all the hidden fees they would have. Normally you have to hit OK 4 or 5 times until you can buy. But I must have accidentally hit the buy fast option so when I hit ok thinking I would go to a page with the actual total cost of the tickets I got a page saying you have successfully bought these tickets. I did not know the extra fees beforehand and did not enter the correct cvc number for my card, how is that legal? I went and tried to talk to someone on stubhub but they only have the virtual customer service and all they said were “all sales are final.” So I disputed the charge with my CC company. The tickets have already been sent to my account. Does anyone have an experience similar to this? I assume they are gonna take the tickets from my account and probably ban me? Thanks for the help.
