So back in December I paid for tickets to see Adele. I got a recipe from PayPal saying I got charged my. Credit card showed that too. I called in February or late January to call to see which order number was mine. I got confirmation I had tickets, they just showed as cancelled cause of the system. So I was fine and then I called recently cause it was postponed and I got the same confirmation. however this time I called and both reps told me I had no active tickets, and both were cancelled. Then now stubhub never recieved the money and PayPal is saying ther merchant recieved it. Now I have a dispute cause of all the confusion, I’m hoping for a full refund to rebuy tickets through Ticketmaster. Has anyone experienced this, I’m not sure if I just got bad luck with stubhub or if they’re just shit.
