How to get tickets off where seller has tickets?

So bought tickets and waited a week or so but now I have to sign into tickmaster via SoFi Stadium ..... I check my normal ticket master but no tickets in there. I download Sofi Stadium app and tickets aren't in there.... I see my tickets on the website of sofi Stadium/ticketmaster.... how can I transfer them to mobile???
