Long story short I recently had some fun with an undesirable contractor to do an addition to my home. Everything seemed to be above board till he hit the gas line (that should have been moved by Enbridge), got a rental backhoe stuck twice and I had to pay to get Ross towing to bring the heavy wrecker out to get him out. Basically took money that should have been used on materials etc to get a "newer" truck for himself with the excuse needed it to get the job done. Any way some other craziness in a super short period of time. Talked to a few litigation lawyers that say they don't really have time in so many words. Any suggestions on a decent lawyer in the area? By the way watch out for a 42 year old with the first name that starts with a E and claims to be an amazing craftsman from London.
