Friend had a stroke.

I'm not family and they aren't talking. Initially got the droopy eye then had another and lost some control on his right side. They moved him to a hospital more equipped to handle it and I think he has had 2 more. Cannot talk and no arm/hand movement. What can I expect from his recovery. Venting I guess, concerned.
