Hello. About a year ago my step dad had a stroke he was in the icu for about a week and had a slow but good recovery )this was his second stroke). Since the recovery process we have noticed that he struggles with social skills such as keeping up in a conversation he’s very quite and to himself. it breaks my heart. he’s been a great step dad and we want to help we just don’t know how to. My brother has given him an opportunity to work with him but my brother is losing employees due to my step dad not keeping up. We don’t know what to do I would really like advice.
Thank you so much.
all the best to you. maybe start with the daily tasks that he struggles with and find some good exercises that stimulate the brain activity
