Week left hand

I had my stroke in early May since the stroke was on the right side of my brain the left side I’ve my body experienced paralysis and for the most of everything I have recovered pretty much totally just left with a week left hand but the doctors say it should fully recover does anyone? Have exercises they would recommend to regain dexterity or at least help with the process?
