Changing personality

Friend had a stroke about 8 months ago and is doing relatively well. 48 years old. Weak on right side and left eye vision. He is single and doesnt seem like the type to ever want to date. Just always liked his single life and not answering to anyone.
Anyway he has never once talked dirty, Ive never seen porn around his place. Recently and at work a few people have seen him viewing porn on his computer. He has also said some "strange" things to a female coworker. Can a stroke mess someone up in that way?
