Getting back to work after long break

Hello girls. How do you make yourself going back to work after a long break? I really miss working in clubs and I do love this work but in my last club I had awful experience with management and the club was so bad that somehow this bad experience stops me from applying to the new place. I know that I do really needed that free time to get some rest and for my mental health but now I just want to dance again but it seems so hard so start all over again after what happened
