Okay, I know I wrote the first story/rant days ago and fell off the face of the earth. I just wrote it to get it out of my system because there was a lot to unpack there obviously but I didn’t get to the very basic problem which is essentially all that’s happening is I’m literally being oppressed at work.

It honestly baffles me because I love the environment of my club I don’t want to look for a new one. The girls are what keeps me hanging on while I’m there and I also just don’t have the energy for any other type of work right now.

According to some shit I been hearing is that the bar manager is the one stopping some girls from going on stage past 9. The issue with that is most those girls were swept away and I stayed.

I just simply don’t want to work at any other club in my area I’ve tried them and they don’t have the safety we have or the positive work environment and everyone I work with are good people. I may not know these gangsters but honestly I don’t have to to understand that everyone at my little shoebox club does there job and does it very well and from what I can tell everyone seems to like me and enjoy seeing me at the club.

Initially I wasn’t going to care that they stopped us from dancing on stage past 9 but now I see it actually can affect me and it’s making me feel gross cus now at night if I don’t get dances or vips all I can do is try to finesse people for tips walking around and explain I don’t dance on stage after. It’s affecting my money and on Tuesday I tried to go in and all night we only had five girls including me so all fucking night long the DJ was told to just rotate the other girls. Everyone saw that and even the customers kept asking me what’s wrong with the club why can’t they get me on stage since there are literally no girls in the building.

I thought maybe it’s my body, how I move etc. I asked around and as far as everyone has ever told me is that I’m entertaining on stage and the guys love it. Men are simple and to me I don’t think I did anything wrong I’m just under the assumption at this point the bar t need manager just has a hair across his ass and wants to control the spot because of whatever his own issue is. I’ve heard that it’s because I’m the only girl in the club he can’t fuck with, or is jealous and saying he doesn’t like my dancing but I’m hearing so many different stories about this and the reality of it is I jsit don’t care.

I come I show up to make money I show out and leave. I don’t care about no tea in sympathy or drama at this place, I just want to pay my bills and feed my pony now.
