How to cover up stretch marks?

I’ve gained about 30 pounds since I started dancing and have became very insecure about my stretch marks. Can anyone recommend me some makeup or tanner I can use to cover them while wearing my outfits? I’m using oil and turmeric soap everyday to try and minimize them, but I need something in the meantime to cover them up.
