Long story short, I had a customer come in and spend $700 at the bar. I get drink commission and I get about half of that. I always encourage my customers to tip the bartenders or at least buy them a drink so they can get commission too. This man was not budging, like he only wanted to spend money on me. At the end of the night he left the bar a $5 tip (and then tried stealing money out my bra and got kicked the fuck out). The bartenders come up to me really upset that he only tipped $5 on a $700 tab and I tell them I encouraged him to tip but I can’t make anybody tip you. He stole money out my bra what makes you think he’s gonna tip, or tip well at that?????? They were being real bitches about it, and I didn’t want anyone to be upset with me so I gave them each $10 and apologized. So, as a dancer if a customer doesn’t tip a bartender is it right for the bar to be upset with me?
