I what kinds of things do you do/take to take care of yourself??
I’m slowly getting back to the point of being able to afford stuff so I want to start taking a daily vitamin & including other little things in. Especially in the winter time.
I also have a weak immune system so I play to get elderberry with zinc/vitamin C, astralagus root, and grapeseed extract. Those always keep me healthy even when I worked in a daycare- hopefully that’ll help someone else. I also try to journal regularly and spend time listening to music I like on repeat (she do be stimming) and playing a mindless game or scrolling Pinterest.
