So I work in The UK ive been dancing inconsistently for just under a year now and I have 1 club I go to because its like a crutch, its local enough, decent management and girls

I wasnt long before I realised the strippers who made the most consistently were… how shall I say… Not the most conventionally attractive for what youd stereotypically expect. These ladies are heavier set, 40 year olds but they been in the game for 20 years and dont leave without 4 digits.

The most ive made in a night is 700 and that was WORK. Including tokens for £25 cocktails…

When ive asked around how do they do it , because Im tryna obviously get like that I get told , “ They know what the customer wants and justs acts accordingly to that, whether is becoming domineering towards younger guys like a sort of mommy fetish or being more mature with elder gentleman “ and that “remember shes been doing this for 20 years” but idk seems quite ambiguous still Ive acknowledged its what they SAY but wtf are they saying???

Apparently its how they watch the room. they scout the men with correct shoes, watches and those who have just came out of a Vip dance which makes sense but it’s still shrouded in mystery how they make so much. I even though at one point they were offering or doing something against club rules or at least promising it in order to make their money for the night but the club owner says its 100% just the chat.

I always watch YT vids on how to be better dancer, be more confident and Im not someone who does tricks on pole but THEY dont even go on pole lol or very rarely if its their rotation and everyone has done theirs…

I would love to learn of these ladies lol but they have a bad reputation of being cold and bitchy. they don’t speak to anyone not even a hello so I have no incentive to ask them for tips that why I ask the bar maids and other girls but they all say what I just typed.

Its all in the act, and reaching down into the men’s subconscious and delivering that exact need. with other girls Ive seen then refuse VIP if it’s anything under 30mins/1 hr but I feel like I would not get dances this way lol maybe I need to work on my insecurities and self concept because I deserve to be paid in abundance too!!

Maybe im too hard on myself lol what are you girls thoughts? bare in mind that we’re uk so the market is totally different and I acknowledge american strip clubs are x1000 better and profitable than gentlemans clubs in the UK.
