Anyone familiar/can advise on best clubs to work at? (Money wise & least amount of aggressive/catty coworkers/low fees & not pushy staff for tips (I take care of my peeps)

I can handle the cattiness, but am all about love & light & all about nights when we ALL make $.
Coming outta retirement. Pole work is not a skill of mine, but know I can relearn what I did know & finally climb it bc I understand muscles & core work more than in my early 20s.
