Like the title says, a girl who’s worked at my club for years was caught doing extras in VIP and fired last weekend. It’s honestly baffling to me because SO many girls do extras in every single room they sell, yet this girl was pretty much randomly selected to be fired when she was only doing it in the most expensive room we have. One of our main VIP managers is from ✨Florida✨ and it’s pretty obvious he has some background as a pimp. Tonight he had two girls in the most expensive VIP room we have — and I know for a fact they both do extras, one of them actually has a terrible reputation for randomly offering them in multi-girl rooms without the other dancers’ consent — yet he completely overlooks it because they tip him out for every single VIP room they sell, even if he didn’t help to sell it. The way this place operates is just so fucked up. Im tired of predatory managers deciding to make an “example” of girls who are doing the same shit as everyone else just because they aren’t handing them wads of cash to look the other way. If I wanted to work for a pimp I’d go be a damn streetwalker. Thank god I’m moving across the country soon and he’ll never get another dollar from me. VIP managers shouldn’t even be allowed to accept tips from dancers, it leaves too much room for them to take advantage.
