when i’m in a group of people like working with a dancer and we’re sitting with group of guys i often almost every single time get ignored when i speak, it’s like i’m drowned out and not even in the conversation. idk why and idk how to fix it. just the other night there were a group of about 5 guys and it was just me and one girl, we were all having a conversation (they were mostly talking to her) the guy sitting directly next to me asked a question and i answered it and had to repeat myself 3 times like he wasn’t even listening, but he ignored it every time. the other girl i was with answered his question (we had the same exact answer) without having to repeat herself and he only responded to her and not me. then i told him i had said the exact same thing that she said and i had to repeat myself 3 times, he said “oh, sorry”

there have been so many instances where something this has happened, it’s annoying. or sometimes i just feel like guys just don’t wanna talk to me, idk you can just tell when someone doesn’t wanna be talking to you..

another time i walked up to this guy and i said something along the lines of hey how are you can i join you, he proceeds to tell me he’s about to leave he just wants his friend to have a good night just keeps talking and before i can even say okay well have a great night he’s literally already walking away and the whole time he just has a like a weird uncomfortable look on this face and proceeds to stay at the club for like another hour or two after saying he was leaving, lol…. idk i just find things like that kinda rude? it’s like he was trying hard to get away from me
