Manager took more than she was supposed to from my dance

So I have manager that also works as bartender at my club for dayshift I got a dance that was 50 for 2 songs I was supposed to get 35 they get 20 and I ended up getting 25 instead it was only like what $10 more than what she took but it’s like if I got a bigger vip room she would’ve stolen a bigger cut from that too I’m no longer working her shift anymore cuz I know I would’ve been pissed off if I got a 15 or 30 min room and she stole a bigger cut from that thankfully she did not.
