Is the move of โ€˜clacking your heels togetherโ€™ considered โ€œtackyโ€? ๐Ÿค”

Post Body

I used to see people doing this, on stage, and I thought it was kind of trashy, or whatever. I thought it looked ...kinda dumb.

But now as of lately I've been doing it sometimes and it's soo freakin fun! It's just really tempting! The urge to just get a few good clicks in... ๐Ÿ˜‰ lmao! ๐Ÿ˜‚ It's like. I can't describe it. I love the sound that it makes!!! It's just something about it, idk why, there's just something soooo satisfying about it.

I think as long as you don't overdo it, it's fine. One or two taps is my max. If it's not overdone, I think it's harmless and entertaining.

I believe people do this at times, to get the crowd's attention/wake people up. I get it. I don't even do it for that reason, necessarily...

I just think it's fun and kitschy, and I like the sound that it makes.

(It's literally so satisfying. Lmfao ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚)

I just got new Pleasers and they're soooooooooo CLACK-TASTIC! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ LMAO. I had to get a few good clacks in, to break them in. ๐Ÿ˜…

(I work in a gentlemen's club btw...)

In my entire dancing career: Management has never said anything about it. Dancers have never said anything about it. And customers have never said anything about it.

I heaven't read much discourse about it, to be honest...

*** Note: I NEVER do this with any sort of rhinestone-encrusted heels. That is a really bad idea. ***

I also don't recommend glitter Pleasers. That is just a horrible idea. I am not a fan of loose-glitter as the base material for a stripper heel. That is just not practical at all and too much mess. Don't recommend doing this with your feathers, or fringe, or your rhinestones. It is better if it is a solid, sturdy material, with no extra embellishments. (So you don't destroy the decor of your shoes.) So, plain shoes work best for any "clacking" action (or "CLACKTION!").

This "technique" works best with either boots or regular clear heels. Or any basic Pleaser heel.

I just want to say this: I don't do it all the time. I don't even do it every stage set or every shift, that I work... I do it very rarely, when I'm feeling a bit "loose" or feeling "fresh." It's very spontaneous. In actuality, it is something I do very rarely. And definitely not something I do every night. (That's just me personally; but you do you!)

Obviously I wouldn't recommend doing this in a "super upscale" gentlemen's club. I feel like that's common sense though. I could see this being inappropriate in some environments.

I do work in a "classy gentlemen's club." But they do be gettin' kinda ratchet. Especially on the weekends. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
