i’m getting back into the dating scene after leaving my ex who did not support me as a stripper and was borderline emotionally abusive.

his emotional abuse usually came from him telling me i don’t deserve to be loved due to the fact that im a dancer. so i feel like naturally, i have some walls up when getting back out there.

when you go on dates with someone, after how many do you tell them that you’re a dancer? i wanna be as transparent as possible cuz they dont support, i don’t want to be involved at all.

if there wording that makes it easier to let them know? im not ashamed of being a dancer, i just want my point to get across as clear as possible.
