hii my first night as a dancer is thursday (lido room nyc) and I wanted to see if anyone had any tips or advice! my manager told me “This will be our usual Girl-Next-Door party. No stages and no poles. Please: NO bikinis NO lingerie NO stripperware NO stripper shoes Attire is short cocktail dresses & sexy heels. The parties start at 7:30pm. Please get there as early as you can. Bring any ID that proves you are over 18 years old. Looking forward to meeting you.” & then when I asked him what to expect since there wasn’t a pole/normal attire he said “This is a members only party. We have one area where the customers and the girls can mingle and chat. And there is a semi-private area for the lapdances.” is that normal? I’m cool with extras but it kinda seems like an extra type of vibe so how do I arrange/discuss payments for extras and what advice would you give to ensure I get paid a fair amount for full service? #stripper #extras #nyc
