After seeing the issue of clients potentially stalking me by using my actual phone number and wanting a physical phone to communicate with clients, I’ve decided to add a line to my phone plan with a new number. I don’t want to do google voice. I can add a line for $40 a month including a new phone, but my question is how to go about this? I’m going to create a new Apple ID and number under my dancer name, so it’s not easily traceable to me, but when I go in to T-Mobile to get the phone, can I say it’s for a roommate? Do I need to explain it’s a dancer phone? Or will they just not ask why it’s under a different name but I’m the only one there getting it? Thank you!
