Do y'all experience it too that if you have two great shifts in a row, you get comfortable expecting the next one to be good too and then shit hits the fan? I'm not even doing it consciously.
I think it's most important to always come back to yourself and tend to other things in your life instead of flying high on the "money comes easy and everybody's nice to me" cloud. I feel like the best money comes when you do the work in your personal life and push yourself to grow outside of the club.
It's hard though because for me it means to work less at the club so I got time to work on myself when it feels easier to just go to the club and work myself into the ground basically.
Go in with no expectations, stand on the shit you build for yourself beyond the club because that is what stays ultimately.
