I’m so impartial to where I am at because I got a job at a club in the big city even though there’s a club 20min by car from me. I get a little frustrated because I’m seeing so many girls post on here how the club has fixed all their problems and while I’m so happy for others to have that blessing I’m just aggravated because I can’t tell if my club is just not the spot this summer or if everyone is suffering the same. I’m in the Boston area and I’ve heard of girls coming to our club from Connecticut. I thought to myself if Connecticut is the richest state then strippers aren’t doing well anywhere if it means we got girls traveling from all over, but the only thing is rich men in Boston are very real and I hear talks of girls going home with $700 nights and my personal best so far was $656… I’m just curious cus I can’t tell if I’m just not holding myself to a better standard, if other girls are lying about what there making or what cus I everyone talks about it being slow here which it honestly is I come in and thankfully I do get hourly and I like that about this club because at least my take home is SOMETHING and I can use that for travel expenses but honestly after sitting g down doing the math my reality is I am pulling in the same as a vanilla job and I thought it would be better than that . This is all I can mentally handle cus I’m dealing with mostly regulars and familiar customers but what can I do to maximize my earnings? Like is my club just dried up or can i actually finesse more? I know my club is regular based but in occasion we go get someone who is brand new and I can score or even take a regular to vip. I’m just aggravated and confused because it seems they don’t like girls who love to dance on the pole they are more worried about selling dances and drinks… which of course I don’t mind I just can’t get on stage as much as I like I think honestly most girls only go on once a night unless your a day shift girly and have a rip body. I’d I just am confused, doing my best, i personally love stage and everyone knows that but it’s not a huge part of my club cus most the men don’t care about performance they just want you know what and to combat/try to get them upstairs or convince to get a face from they are all cheap. It’s $30 to dance and $20 to touch some are actually decent and give more but most are expecting to pay no more than just $30 for a dance and violate you for the free… what am I doing wrong? Should I change clubs? Am I not agressive enough? How do I get rh we assholes to pay up?? On a normal night I gross anywhere between $100-$450 and most nights have been hit or miss. Is this normal for the summer? I swear other dancers are saying different things and I’m just confused. Any help is appreciated. 🫶
