I don’t even have to explain too deep cause yall already know. That one co worker who’s pretty cool, good energy, not a hater..but then come slow season, she’s the first bitch pulling your customers aside to tell them not to talk to you, with a sob story about you to boot.

This is why you make co-workers at work, not friends. End of the day, once slow season hits, they become the biggest haters of them all. At least the resident club snakes are predictable and act an ass year-round.

The cool co-worker to enemy pipeline is pretty quick and direct. I fr never understood hating when someone else does well. If my customer has the funds and wants other girls involved, I say have at it. Let’s all have a good time and make his night. These bitches will always pull the customer aside or text him outside the club with some bullshit to make him not wanna spend.

Last night was a really bad realization about this, whole long story, but 2 co-workers who were up my ass to be my friend all year long, have been doing the aforementioned shit for a few weeks now. Getting customers to only talk to them and convincing them to hate me (one of them even told a customer that I was “taking advantage” of him because I charged him for extras which is normal and we should be doing?? She started doing the extras for free, to undercut me I guess or make me look bad or some shit).

One of them has a crush on my boyfriend (she told me multiple times) so he came to my job last night (it was slow af because of bad weather) and spent the rest of the shift making PDA with me right next to her so she can have it rubbed in her face that she can go behind my customers but I’m the one winning. This was petty and immature I admit, but I have happily shared so many customers with her that this whole thing of tarnishing my name is actually really unnecessary. Making it weirder, she also has had an unrequited crush on me as well, that she’s been vocal about.

End of the day, they’re typical fuckin weirdos for going behind my customers and lying about me just because it’s been slow for a lil bit. Which is funny because one of them doesn’t sell dances she spends all night smoking and drinking with the customers she steals, making it even stupider.
