how to tip management to connect you with spenders?

how do I approach the subject with a manager of being like…hey I’ll tip you if you connect me with customers. do I just start tipping them a little and hope they start connecting me with customers and then I tip them more and more? or do I actually go up to them and say “hi, here’s a tip for you, if you happen to know any customers that might like a room with me send them my way and I will be happy to tip you a percentage of my profit!” like…how does that work? how do I start doing that? someone pls explain lol
