i worked Saturday night & I was repeatedly being told things like:

“We just got here.”

“We don’t do dances.”

“I’m not into dances.”

“We won’t be getting any dances tonight, sweetheart…”

“No…”

“Not right now…”

“I’m just chilling for now”/“We are just here to chill…”

“No, thank you”

(waitress comes around): “Would you like to buy the lady a drink?” him: “NO.” or “I think we’re good for right now.”

“I’m not a strip club guy”

“I don’t really go to these clubs…”

“How come you don’t have alcohol here??”

“I’m just waiting for somebody…”

“I’m waiting for this ________ girl…”

“I’m waiting on a friend…”

“We were actually just leaving soon…”

“We’re just hanging out”

“We’re not into dances…”

“We’re not really into the stage…”

“I don’t feel like spending money…”

“Nah, we’re good…”

“Oh, I actually had a dance already.”

(single dances at my club are $30) “Can you do one for $10?”

“Do you work here?” (scroll down to my feet; I am wearing 8-inch clear platform Pleasers, and my ass is out)

And then I’m also being asked annoying and repetitive questions that I get asked all the time:

“How much money do you make?”/“How much money do the girls make?”

Sometimes I find myself getting annoyed/burnt out, because people are happy to sit there and talk to me and ask me a million fucking questions, compliment me, ask me about my age my race my backstory etc., but then they’re not interested in buying dances from me.

I really don’t know what to do at this point, because I’m really nice and I have a really nice personality but people take advantage of that unfortunately, so I have to set boundaries.

Sometimes I have to leave and walk away.

It’s irritating and I don’t always have the best patience or tolerance for it quite honestly.
