A lot of us have done our sales research, and know how powerful this knowledge is. But there are so many girls out here that don’t know ANY sales techniques. Or some who’d benefit from a refresher. Let’s fix that.

Here’s a breakdown of my current sales approach, why I use it, and some of the psychology behind it:

Walking through this chronologically; You’re out on the floor, you eye a customer that looks like your “type” of customer. Now what?

Openers: “Would you like some company?” or “Would you like me to join?” are the only 2 I use. They put all the pressure on them to decide that they really want you there. Don’t use anything like “mind if I join?”, something timid, or something that would make it YOUR idea to sit. Time wasters will likely say “I’m good right now” or “I guess, you can if you want” that’s not what we’re looking for. We’re looking for an enthusiastic or polite yes. YOU WILL GET MORE NO’S with these openers compared to others but we’re weeding out the low ballers and time wasters.

Qualify your prospect: So your custy would LOVE for you to join. You’re sitting making introductions. Firm handshake, sit up straight, eye contact and all that. Now you need to figure out 4 things.

  1. Would he enjoy the experience you’re selling? (Do you know for a fact that if you got him in an hour room he would enjoy it. Are you confident in your product?)
  2. Does he want the experience you’re selling? (Did he walk in wanting to book time with someone? Is he even open to the possibility of going in the back?)
  3. Can he AFFORD the experience you’re selling? (Pay attention to his drink order, if he offers to buy you anything, what he’s wearing, what he does for work)
  4. Do you want to spend time with this man? (Is he grabby, pushy, rude, unhygienic, creepy?)

Answer these by engaging in small talk for maybe 10mins (or use the 3 song rule). I like asking about their previous experiences at the club, it gives a lot of insight on what I should expect from them. I play it off like I want to hear dirty or wild stories from them.

Sales presentation: Alright we’ve vetted our guy, we’re getting green flags, the little cartoon money symbols are popping out of our eyeballs. We have to transition this conversation from fun, approachable, small talk to your sales pitch or presentation. You can skip right into your sales pitch if you think it’s an easy sale. If you think you’re going to have to put a little bit of work in, you’re going to need a good sales presentation. What do you offer? Why would he want an experience with you? Can you say large prices confidently? You need to know (and be confident in) EXACTLY what you’re selling. Write it down, have something prepared. When they say “so what happens in the back” there shouldn’t be any “ers, uhs, ums” you should have a solid response.

Closing the sale: The presentation usually flows right into closing. When you make your sales pitch, go for an upper/middle range option. For me that would be the 30min room. It’s not an hour but it isn’t in the lap dance area. Easy to upsell from there. I like to give them 1 option at first. This gives them a sense of urgency and less to think about in their decision making. “Do you want to start off with a 30min room?” You’re gonna get “how much?” for me it’s $600 to me $50 to the house. They’ll either get up and go with me to the back, or they’ll act like $600 is crazy. Sometimes they try to talk me into deals. If they talk me into $450 for 30mins I set my timer for 20mins. If I can’t talk them into the 30min “what about 15min?” And half of the time they’ll go for that. If they can’t be talked into a 15.. “Do you just want to do a few dances?” And then finally we closed on the lowest spenders.

What about the ones that flat out refused to spend ANY money on you?

Ask for the rejection tip! It’s not begging, it’s not beneath you. It takes 2 seconds and they need to pay you for your time. After they reject me I’ll say “awe okay what about a tip bc you love me so much ☺️” pulls out bra strap ppl who won’t even buy a dance from me or tip stage will hand me $20s doing this. Don’t let mfs talk to you for free. That’s why asking “would you like some company” is so important as an opener. They basically asked you to sit with them. They could’ve said “no I’m good” but they asked you to sit so it would be rude to give you nothing.

Some things to remember; “Yes” questions increase your probability of closing a sale. The more you can get them to respond “yes” to you in a conversation, the easier that “yes” will come out when you close. SILENCE is a great weapon. When you make your pitch, say that shit with your chest, like you’re worth every penny (bc you are) and then SHUT THE FUCK UP. Let the awkward silence creep in. Make eye contact with them. The first person to speak after your offer loses.

For fun I’m gonna throw in my FAVORITE sales approach that works for me 9/10. It only works if you’re going on stage soon but it’s a banger trust me. “Hey babe I’m going on stage soon, we should do a room when I come down 🙂” they almost always do an hour. I’ve sold most of my 1hr rooms this way. They see you on stage, you pretty much demanded you’d do a room together, they’re sold. Grab their hand when you come down and negotiate while you’re walking lmao. Idk girl this works like magic for me for some reason

Obviously this post won’t replace proper sales research but this should be a good start for anyone that’s super confused why that one girl makes money without even breaking a sweat, but you feel like you’re pulling teeth all night. (It’s not bc you’re ugly and it’s not bc they’re doing extras lol)
