Exactly as the title says. My managers are getting weird and mad that I’m selling bundles of dances vs just a single. We just went cashless and have to pay for our dances at the bar because I’m not aloud to accept cash. So by the time we’ve waited and paid for our dance quite some time has passed and I want to ensure I’m gonna get paid but I’m scared of being fired because one of our new managers was questioning me about it last night…

I hate working for a small town club, it’s a good oppurtunity but that management is sabotaging our sales and productivity.

For example I would start with a 100$ and give them their dances, but they would rather me do 1 for 15 or 2 for 30$
