That’s the post. We have a manager who is a tyrant ass, he loves to bully girls and terminate them for no reason because he gets off on it. I overheard him tell another one of our managers that he needs to fire girls every couple weeks to keep us on our toes. He is coming back onto our club full time and it makes me feel nervous. Not because I do anything but this in my livelihood and there aren’t any other clubs near me.

Advice or kind words? I try to keep my head down and do my job well. But it doesn’t really matter to him.
