I feel like my life is in complete chaos, disorder, dysfunction, and disarray!
What type of things should I be doing before work?
I’ll start with the obvious ones I like to do/am “supposed to do,” anyways:
• take vitamins
• clean your room/organize
• light candles / incense / sage / palo santo, etc.
• take a bath or shower
• do your hair & makeup, stuff…
• manicures
• run errands
• bill pay, check email, and all that stuff
• packing my bag for work
• tend to the pets
• eat a meal or snack, or drink coffee, latte, smoothie, etc.
• pray/meditate
• nap
• stretch and/or try to get a workout in (I suck at this)
• add songs to playlists for stage sets
• laundry; handwash laundry
• take pics/videos of yourself (optional)
• set a money goal for the night $$$$
Am I missing something?
Any & all advice or suggestions would be seriously appreciated.
I am a hot mess, and my stripping life needs a complete overhaul.
