Per my last post on ANXIETY:
I have some good news for you today! So I finally broke the cycle & got out of the house today by going to my night shift!!
Oh my god!
It was a slow night, and I didn’t make much money. But I still tried to have fun, though.
I made a few stage tips and it felt good to shake out those nerves, & get back in the swing of things…
I did an inversion on the pole, and I felt like THAT B*TCH!!!
My coworkers & staff were pretty friendly to me overall. Good to see familiar faces!
They just hired a bunch of new girls, but some of the old heads are still there!
I am so proud of myself for overcoming my anxiety today finally!!
& I pushed myself to go and approach/talk to guys!
This was a HUGE STEP for me!
And honestly, it actually felt better to go out & do something, than to be at home doing nothing.
Hooray for me!!
👏🙌💁🏽♀️💵
I appreciate you babe… 🫂💗💓💞🥰☺️😌
I’m gonna apply this advice, the next time I go in…
Thank you!

I don’t know about you, but I find the longer that I am away from the club (especially if I am going through something), the harder it is for me to go back…
Like I hype it up too much, overthinking, analyzing everything, fear and anxiety takes over, etc. Self-isolation, and things like that…
But it kind of feels like riding a bicycle, in that, you can jump back in & it feels natural (muscle memory), that type of thing.
What helps me, is: I found that I really enjoy having a “HOME CLUB” that I feel comfortable at.
