Clubs near Philly with no schedule?

I've worked at Cheerleaders and Delilahs, but I don't like how both of those clubs make you fill out a calendar each month. I have pathological demand avoidance, which makes it so that being scheduled for a shift makes it psychologically 10x harder for me to go in, and I end up calling out of shifts pretty often, which tends to piss off managers. Does anyone know of any good clubs near Philly that don't require any kind of schedule? Does Club Risque require one?
